Responsibilities of the
Board:
The Board's responsibilities include the regular evaluation of the
Syndicate's strategic direction. Board members should act in good faith
and with due care while exercising their business judgment on an
informed basis in what they reasonably and honestly believe to be in the
best interests of the Syndicate and its members.
The Board has eight committees assisting it in its duties. The Board is
also authorized to establish ad hoc committees in charge of reviewing
and examining in detail a particular topic submitted for the Board's
approval.
